Coming Soon, KSK Martial Arts will be releasing an informal DVD illustrating the connection between the emtpy-hand techniques and use of the weapons. This DVD has some great examples and drills on it that will help you not only make the connection yourself, but also help you in passing it on to your students. Originally filmed as a teaching aid to one of our Affiliate Instructor Candidates in Florida, Angle "Tony" Velez, we soon realized this information should be available to all.

SuiKenDo Workshop Success:
On December 20, 2009 KSK Martial Arts hosted Sensei David Hayes for a special in-house SuiKenDo workshop.
Sensei Hayes is a 7th degree black belt under the systmes founder, Sensei Tadashi Yamashita, and is one of the few practioners in the world who truly understands the depths of this powerful system. Covering both basic & advanced techniques, all who were in attendance walked away some incredible information.

| These new training sticks are awesome! Extremely strong. Made of good quality rattan, with the skins still attached for added strength. The sticks come in their natural shape, having had no straightening process which can weaken them. These are the actual sticks that we use at K.S.K. Martial Arts, and are the same sticks Guro T. Kent Nelson uses in his seminars. They come in either their natural form, or with their own unique burn design we place on them right here at the school.
