Women's Self Defense: Private Party

This is a one day course. Concentrating on rape prevention and violent assault. Both physical self defense techniques and personal safety awareness tools are taught within this course.
Get in, Get on the mat, Get out with the ability to save your life.

Healthy lunch provided
Cost: $399 for a group of up to 6 people.
$50 a head for each person over the initial group of 6.

Women's Self Defense: Open Course

This 12 hr. class is held over the course of 4 weeks, 2 nights a week.
Typically Tue. & Thur. nights from 7-8:30 PM. Both physical self defense techniques and personal safety awareness tools are taught within this course. Because this is a longer course than the Private Party, we get a little more in depth, as well as a lot more chance for review & higher retention of the material.

Cost: $129
Deal: Bring a friend - $110 for both people

Women's Personal Safety Party

This ones a big hit with all the ladies. Have our Self Defense expert, T. Kent Nelson, give a presentation on Personal Safety in the comfort of your own home. In a fun and informative manner he will cover such topics as:

* Not being seen as a potential victim
* Rape Prevention
* Assault Survival
* Stranger-Danger
* Parking Ramp/Lot Safety Tactics
* Signs of an abusive partner
* Safety & awareness in your home or out in public and more.

So fire up your blender and invite as many friends as you can fit in the room for a night of laughter and learning.
