course is all about that, learning to defend yourself, and learning to
do it FAST. We do this by teaching you a small handful of Extremely Effective
techniques coupled with the tactics on how to use them. We then
drill those techniques until they are part of your muscle memory.
When you complete this course you will have All The Tools You Need to survive an attack, and they are easy enough to remember and practice on your own in order to maintain your skills.

You DON'T have to be in awesome shape. You DON'T have to train for 10 years to master this. All you need is about 8-10 hours over a weekend. This program is taught over the course of two days. Typically a Saturday and Sunday, approximately 4-5 training hours each day with a lunch break in the middle. One of the best features of "F.A.S.T. Track" is that each course is SEMI-PRIVATE. Course sessions are limited to no more than four students. This ensures a lot of Personal Attention in order to help you grow and Progress Quickly. There are three different "F.A.S.T. Track" courses available. Each one looking at one of the three main areas of a fight and a need for self defense.
Phase -1: Standing Up
Phase -2: On the Ground Phase -3: Weapons (defending from them AND fighting with them) Phases -2 & 3 are linked to the knowledge base established in Phase -1. Therefore you must complete each course before moving on to the next one. PHASE -1: Standing Up
U.S. Navy SEALS and develop the hand to hand combat system they are still using today, the R.AT. (Rapid Assault Tactics). Vunak has since gone on to teach similar methods to almost all forms of Law Enforcement including local Police Departments, S.W.A.T. Teams, D.E.A. and U.S. Marshalls. This same system of hand to hand combat for the U.S. Navy SEALS has now been adapted for civilian use. This knowledge has been passed on to T. Kent Nelson and he has placed it deep within the foundation of "F.A.S.T. Track", ready to be passed on to you.
In Phase -1 you will learn the essentials to fighting on your feet. We will cover concepts that will end a fight in your favor Quickly and Effectively We will cover:

PHASE -2: On The Ground
The absolute worst place you can be in a fight is on the ground if you don't know what your doing. The fact is that 9 out of 10 fights wind up on the ground. Without basic ground knowledge you could find yourself in a potentially life threatening situation.
Our ground program is NOT difficult. We concentrate on basic movements and concepts, only using a small handful of easy techniques to learn. The goal of this course is NOT to turn you into a ground fighter. We focus on principals of escape and return to your feet.
The concepts we will teach you are Easy and Essential
The ground material covered in this course is connected to the
Stand Up material covered in Phase -1. Therefore not only do you get new material to work, but you also get a great refresher on the previous material.

Once you have completed Phases -1 & 2 you are ready to move on to learning to deal with the most dangerous aspect of any assault... weapons. Concentrating on Impact Weapons and Edged Weapons, this course will teach you how to defend against them, and use them to your advantage.
We will teach you very quickly how to take a weapon and maximize its use. You will learn how to enter in on an attacker swinging a weapon and neutralize it, take control and either escape or take it from him.
We will talk about some of the myths about using or defending against weapons and teach you what really works. Unlike most weapons courses, we cover weapons when standing AND defending against a them while on the ground, which we consider to be the MOST DANGEROUS SITUATION OF ALL.
